Welcome to the ICHS 2017.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we have the great pleasure to invite all of you to the 2nd International Conference on Health Sciences (ICHS) to be held from 18 August to 19 August 2017 in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This conference is the second Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) Annual Scientific Conference on Health Sciences.

Students and researchers with topics on basic, clinical, translational, and community studies on infectious diseases are invited to join the conference. Within this conference we will cover topics related to the main issues on “Current Concept in Infectious Diseases” with 5 symposia: Emerging and Re-emerging Infectious Diseases, Tropical Infectious Diseases, Neglected and Sexually Transmitted Diseases, Drug Resistance, and Technology Related Infectious Disease.

Selected papers (from both oral and poster presentations) will be submitted for review and possible publication in journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, and/or DOAJ.
