Warm greeting from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. The organizing committee of the 2nd International Conference on Science and Technology (ICST 2016) are pleased to invite you to present your works in the conference. This conference is the series of Universitas Gadjah Mada Annual Scientific Conference (UASC 2016). The 1st International Conference on Science and Technology (ICST 2015) was a success with more than 240 research papers and the accepted papers have been submitted to the AIP Conference Proceeding for publication.
The ICST 2016 is organised by Universitas Gadjah Mada and partner institutes and will be held in Yogyakarta, the centre for the Javanese culture. The aim of the conference is to provide a platform to the researchers and practitioners from both academia as well as industry to meet and share cutting-edge progress in the fields of science and technology. Graduate students, especially PhD students, are welcomed to submit their thesis works.
This year we will organize five symposia that are bio-prospecting, computer science, nanosciences and chemistry, physics and its applications, and geo-maritime. Please refer to the symposia information to see the format of the submitted paper and its topics.
The submitted paper will be reviewed by at least two reviewers to ensure the scientific quality. The accepted papers will be published in the journals/proceedings that are indexed by Scopus i.e. Biological Research Journal (Pagepress), IEEE Xplore digital library, Trans Tech Publisher, Indonesian Journal of Chemistry, AIP Conference Proceeding, and Indonesian Journal of Geography.
