Payment procedure tutorial

This tutorial will guide you to make a payment. If you have any difficulties with this method, you can also email the receipt to us.

1. Go to the BioMIC UGM PRESENTER site and click FEES.

2. Find out how much do you have to pay by clicking CALCULATOR. Please use this online calculator to know the total amount you need to pay.

How to use online calculator for presenter:

  1. Select type of participation as presenter
  2. Select your country
  3. Select your status as student or non-student
  4. Select IEEE Membership as IEEE member or non-member
  5. Enter how many papers you are going to present
  6. Click Count

How to use online calculator for non-presenter:

  1. Select type of participation as non-presenter
  2. Select your country
  3. Click Count

The calculation result shows the amount should be paid.

3. Make a payment*.

4. Confirm your payment.

Please make sure to confirm your payment by filling the confirmation form for presenter otherwise you cannot submit your camera-ready manuscript and confirm your payment by filling the confirmation form for non-presenter .

Please prepare your payment receipt and enter your details.

    5. Wait for the next 2 business days for us to verify your payment.

    Please make sure not to miss the date. The deadline for the payment confirmation is on October 5, 2018, but you will get an early-bird discount if you pay before September 25, 2018.
