Register your paper based on the tpic of symposium and upload full paper.
Add all of your paper's authors. You can create their new EDAS accounts if needed.
You can upload the Copyright and camera-ready after your paper is accepted and paid.
This tutorial will guide you through the registration of your EDAS account. If you already have an EDAS account, please log in to submit your paper using your registered account
1. Go to the BioMIC 2018
EDAS
site.
Alternatively, you can click the
Register
button on the BioMIC website.
Then, click the
Submit paper
button under the presenter card, which will redirect you to the BioMIC 2018 EDAS website.
2. Below the login form, click
Create a new account
.
3. Enter your details, tick the box “I consent to the EDAS privacy and policies”, and click
Add this person
to create your account.
4. Your account has been created. Your username and ID number will be sent to your email.
5. Set up your initial password by clicking the link on your email.
6. Your initial password has been created.

This tutorial will guide you through the submission of your paper.
1. Go to the BioMIC 2018
EDAS
site.
Alternatively, you can click the
Register
button on the BioMIC website.
Then, click the
Submit paper
button under the presenter card, which will redirect you to the BioMIC 2018 EDAS website.
2. Log in to your EDAS account.
3. Once you are logged in, click the
symposium name
—under the Track column—that matches on your paper to be registered.
4. Enter your paper details, tick the box “Add yourself as author” and click
Submit
button to register your paper.
5. Your paper has successfully been submitted. You will now be able to view your paper in your EDAS account.
Click
add authors
to add your co-authors (if available).
6. Write your co-author’s name, EDAS ID, or email. Alternatively, you can simply select your co-author’s name
from the co-author list. Then, click
Add author
button.
7. Select the radio button before your co-author’s name and click
Select this person
button to confirm it.
8. After adding your co-author, click
upload the manuscript
to upload your full paper’s file.
9. Tick the box “I have checked that the authors listed in the manuscript are the same as the current list of
authors on the paper record”, upload your full paper’s file, and click
Upload
button.
10. Your full paper has been uploaded.

In order for your paper to be included in the BioMIC 2018 proceedings, you need to complete the following steps:

Papers within scope of IEEE must be written on the A4-format page according to the IEEE template Manuscripts or of minimum four (4) pages and up to six (6) pages in length. Submissions exceeding 6 pages will be charged extra page length. Maximum accepted pages are eight (8) pages. Papers should NOT have page numbers, headers, and footers. The authors have to check a title, a list of authors and their affiliations in their paper. Any revision could not be made after uploading the camera-ready version by October 4, 2018.
All the camera-ready papers have to be submitted using the PROCEEDINGS under EDAS system by October 4, 2018. To submit the camera-ready paper, you need to complete the steps below.
1. Log in to EDAS using your EDAS account.Please complete the author's name in accordance with manuscript. All of your paper's authors must added to your paper in EDAS. You can create your co-authors account if needed.
Please declare who will present the paper at the conference on EDAS. To select the presenting author and prepare the presenter's biography form, you need to complete the steps below.
