Payment procedure

If you want to participate in the conference, there are four steps that you need to follow to make a payment in the BioMIC 2025.

There are different fees that need to be paid to take part in this conference. Participants from Indonesia should pay the domestic participant fee.

Payments cannot be made in cash; they must be via credit card or bank transfer.
If you pay with credit card, it will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah. USD1=IDR16,500.

  

Before confirming your payment in the confirmation form, you need to prepare these following items:

  • The order ID number sent via email after a successful payment through the payment gateway.
  • Your paper ID(s).
  • The attendee/presenter name.

  • Wait for the next 2–3 business days for us to verify your payment. Please make sure not to miss the date.
  • The deadline for the payment confirmation is on July 4.

Terms and conditions
  1. Participants can only pay the conference fees after receiving an acceptance notification email.
  2. The registration fee includes the following benefits: seminar materials, lunch, morning and afternoon teas, attendance of all technical sessions, and publication (excluding accommodation).
  3. The registration fee is applicable to one person only. Multiple attending authors must register separately, and those not presenting should register as non-presenters.
  4. After verifying your payment, a receipt will be generated from the payment confirmation details.
  5. Payments are nonrefundable.
  6. Payments cannot be made in cash; they must be made via payment gateway or credit card.
  7. Participants are responsible for transfer fees and bank charges.
  8. At least one author for each accepted paper must register as a presenter.
  9. Participants are charged based on their institution/affiliation, not the nationality of the first author.
  10. Submitting an extra paper applies only to the same presenter.
