The 5th International Conference on Smart and Innovative Agriculture (ICoSIA 2024) provides an ideal academic platform for researchers to present the latest research findings and describe emerging technologies and directions in agriculture.
This year, the conference will take the theme “Feeding the Planet Sustainably: a Convergence of Technology, Ecology, and Community” with seven symposia: Agricultural Big Data Analysis symposium; Agricultural Geography symposium; Land and Environmental Management symposium; Precision Nutrition Technology symposium; Smart and Precision Farming symposium; Smart Genetics Resource Management and Utilization symposium; and Sustainable Food Production symposium.
ICoSIA UGM 2024 is in conjunction with the 5th Geoscience and Environmental Management Symposium and the 10th International Conference on Science and Technology.
The criteria employed for the evaluation of submissions encompass several key aspects: relevance and timeliness, technical content and scientific rigour, novelty and originality, quality of presentation, and overall recommendation. Reviewers are required to provide detailed comments that justify their recommendations, including suggestions for enhancements in both technical content and presentation quality. Additionally, they are expected to submit confidential remarks directed to the Technical Program Committee (TPC).
An email notification requesting the review will be dispatched to the reviewer via the EDAS conference management system. Reviewers will have access to a list of assigned papers along with the abstracts of each submission. They may select "accept review" if the paper aligns with their area of expertise or "decline" if it falls outside their domain. Upon selecting "accept review," reviewers will receive comprehensive instructions for conducting the review, which will include specific criteria for scoring.
The ultimate decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of papers will be made during the TPC meeting, chaired by the TPC chair. This decision will be based on a thorough analysis of the review results, review scores, and plagiarism assessments.
