About the conference

Held as a part of Universitas Gadjah Mada Annual Scientific Conferences (UGM-ASC 2017) series, the 2nd International Conference on South East Asia Studies (ICSEAS 2017) provides an ideal academic platform for researchers to present the latest research findings and explores the borders of Southeast Asia as both a philosophical, social, cultural, geographical, political, institutional and psychological divisions.

The selected papers will be published in journals and proceedings that are indexed by Scopus or DOAJ/EBSCO: Philippine Journal of Science*, Knowledge E*, Humaniora, Jurnal Kawistara, Mimbar Hukum, Al Jamiah, Indonesia Journal of Islam and Muslim Societies*, IKAT - The Indonesian Journal of Southeast Asian Studies, ASEAN Journal on Science and Technology for Development (AJSTD)*.
