Author guidelines

  1. Papers submitted must be original work and should not have been previously published or presented at another meeting.
  2. Papers should be written in English.
  3. Abstract should be no more than 200 words (excluding abstract title, authors, and affiliations).
  4. For both primary and co-authors, credentials along with their full names and email addresses must be included. If co-authors are from different institutions, the secondary institution(s) and the institution investigators are associate with must be listed.
  5. Papers topic should conform to the scope of the conference/symposium.
  6. Please use one of the proceeding/journal templates whose scopes correspond your topic. You can download provided template below:

  11. Do not use boldface for emphasis within text
  12. Numbers one to ten are written out in words unless they are used as a unit of measurement, except in figures and tables
  13. Use single hard-returns to separate paragraphs
  14. Do not use tabs or indents to start a paragraph
  15. You can use page numbering
  16. Images as TIFF/JPEG files should be submitted with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi
  17. Each Figure and table must be submitted separately without figure legend and title. (Authors are advised to keep backup files of all images)
  18. The figure should cover a minimum of 85-95% of total area of the figure, and the margin area/space should not exceed more than 10%
  19. Do not use the automated features of your software, such as hyphenation, headers, or footers (especially for references)
  20. The citation and bibliographical style of all reference sources (book, chapter in a book, journal articles and internet) should adhere to the Vancouver citation style
  21. References in text, table and legends should be numbered in parenthesis [e.g. (1), (1, 4), (1-3), (1, 3-5)] and cited consecutively in the order of appearance in the manuscript

  11. Main Text-The paper should be divided into the following sections :
    Introduction, Material and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgement and References
  12. Pages should be properly numbered
  13. Tables and Figures must be in separate sheet/pages
  14. References must be serially numbered and should be arranged alphabetically by family name
  15. References should be cited in the text as superscript on persons name1, 2 or at the end of the sentences.

  10. Keywords : include a maximum of five keywords or phrases, arranged alphabetically and separated using semicolons (;). Use specific, relevant terms that do not appear in the title, so that the article is easier to find in search engines
  11. Headings : use no more than three levels of headings (e.g. 2, 2.1, and 2.1.1, but no 2.1.1.1)
  12. When preparing your figures, size them to fit in a column width (either 80 mm or 170 mm), with a maximum height of 230 mm
  13. Graphs created with Microsoft Excel should also be sent in their original Excel file. Present graphs in 2D (not 3D), without shadows or other effects, and without gridlines
  14. Size tables to fit in a column width (either 80 mm or 170 mm), with a maximum height of 230 mm. Use only horizontal lines for borders
  15. File naming : Name your figure files “Figure” with the figure number; e.g. Figure1.jpeg. Name your tables file “Tables”; e.g. Tables.docx or Tables.xlsx. Tables file (put all tables into one file)
  16. References : for the purposes of efficiency and conciseness, avoid using more than 25 references and less than 10
