EDAS payment confirmation tutorial

This tutorial will guide you through the payment of your paper.

Find out how much you have to pay

Read the conference fees table or you can calculate it using our calculator .
How to calculate your conference fees:

  1. Select type of participation as presenter;
  2. Select your country;
  3. Select your status;
  4. Select your IEEE membership;
  5. Type the amount of accepted papers that you are going to present. Please note that the amount of papers depend on the presenter, not the first author;
  6. Click the Count button.

Make your payment

Payments cannot be made in cash; they must be via credit card or bank transfer to the ICST UGM account below:

Payment via credit card (USD)

International presenter who submits their manuscript in the EDAS system. We do not recommend the local presenter to pay the conference fee via credit card because the EDAS payment currency is USD.


Payment via bank transfer (USD)

International presenter can transfer the payment to:

Confirm your payment

Please make sure to confirm your payment by entry the confirmation form for presenter, otherwise you cannot submit your camera-ready document.

Wait for the next 2–3 business days for us to verify your payment

Please make sure not to miss the date. The deadline for the payment confirmation is on July 5, but you will get an early-bird discount if you pay before June 29.
