Payment procedure

If you want to participate in the conference, there are four steps that you need to follow to make a payment in the ICST 2022.

There are different fees that need to be paid to take part in this conference. Participants from Indonesia should pay the domestic participant fee.

Payments cannot be made in cash; they must be via credit card or bank transfer to the ICST UGM account below:

For international presenter who submits their manuscript in the EDAS system. We do not recommend the local presenter to pay the conference fee via credit card because the EDAS payment currency is USD.

Before confirming your payment in the confirmation form, you need to prepare these following items:
  • The scanned or screenshot of your payment proof in JPG / JPEG / PDF format.
  • Your paper ID(s).
  • The attendee/presenter name.

  • Wait for the next 2–3 business days for us to verify your payment. Please make sure not to miss the date.
  • The deadline for the payment confirmation is on August 24, but you will get an early-bird discount if you pay before August 17.
  • If you did not pay via credit card in the EDAS, you do not need to click the register icon in the EDAS. The committee will register it for you after reviewing your payment.

Terms and conditions
  1. The registration fee covers seminar materials, attendance of all technical sessions, and publication.
  2. * The publication fee only applicable for Life Science, Materials, and Applied Chemistry symposium.
  3. The registration fee covers one participant only. Multiple authors who are attending must register separately, and those who are not presenting should register as a non-presenter.
  4. A non-presenter participant can attend all sessions, but won't get any seminar materials.
  5. A receipt will be generated from the payment confirmation details after your payment is verified.
  6. Payments are nonrefundable.
  7. Payments cannot be made in cash; they must be via e-billing or credit card.
  8. Participants are responsible for transfer fees and bank charges.
  9. At least one author for each accepted paper must register as a presenter.
  10. Participants are charged based on their institution/affiliation not the nationality of the first author.
  11. Submitting an extra paper is applicable only to the same presenter.
  12. Participants cannot pay the conference fee before they get acceptance notification email.
  13. The early bird discount will be expired on August 17, 23:59 am (GMT+7).
