Organizing Committee

The Organizing Committee (OC) is composed of equal numbers of representatives from both organizations. The function of the OC comprises but is not limited to the general logistics of the event, overarching theme, conference logo, keynote speaker, cultural and artistic features of the conference etc.

Program Committee

The Program Committee, comprising selected scholars from both UGM and AAS, who have expertise in four main areas of Asia, is solely responsible for selecting the panel and roundtable proposals.
